I love picking fresh herbs everyday! My mint is growing like CRAZY :) See the lil peppers to the side Max and his buddy Mark picked those for me after they had a pepper eating contest (I don't think they realized how HOT they were teeehee). My pepper plant is finally producing so many peppers it is amazing!

GOSH I really donno what to do with all these peppers. I have just been adding them to my tortilla soup and ham & beans that I make in the crockpot.If you have ideas let me know :) I didn't realize that this plant would yeild soooo many peppers.
Yum! Make some mint tea for me!
I want to grow fresh mint next year!
