PRAY FOR HEALING

ZACHARY GOT HIT HARD IN FOOTBALL PRACTICE YESTERDAY (BY A BIG SENIOR PLAYER) I THOUGHT HE JUST GOT THE WIND KNOCKED OUT OF HIM BUT AS THE EVENING WORE ON HE WAS WHITE AS A GHOST AND IN EXTREME PAIN. HE DIDN'T EAT DINNER AND WHEN HE STARTED THE VOMITING WE RAN STRAIGHT TO THE ER! HE GOT X-RAYS AND THE DR ON DUTY COULDN'T SEE A BREAK BUT HE SAID IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT HE DIDN'T BREAK ONE OF HIS RIBS. HE MAY HAVE BRUISED HIS RIBS AND COLLAR BONE. THE RADIOLOGIST WILL BE LOOKING OVER THE X-RAYS TODAY AND I AM JUST PRAYING THAT THERE IS NO INTERNAL DAMAGE! UGH I HATE FOOTBALL!! EVERYONE PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM! IT WAS SO HARD FOR ME TO WATCH MY BABY IN SO MUCH PAIN AND THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO TO HELP HIM.

My Father in Law got remarried on Saturday! This is Grandpa Al and our new Grandma Maria. What a lovely couple and the wedding was just beautiful :)

This is a better one :) I was so happy to have all my fellas dressed up in their suits! What a treat for Mommy (it is amazing what I get excited about these days ) :)

After the wedding the boys needed to blow off some steam and they played basketball for a while. Really it was a game of "Please don't hit Logan with the BALL"!!!

My Lovely sister in law Lisa came in town from California for 1 night only! She left her poor hubby at home with the 4 children and tons of soccer games! I was so happy to have her here and we had a wonderful evening with good wine and good conversation.

This is a snap of Logan mid ceremony quietly eating goldfish. After the wedding we ate the most WONDERFUL Italian food. Lots of Bread, stuffed mushrooms, pasta and a yummy white wedding cake. I will need to get back to running very soon :)

Track and Field

MAX GOT LOTS OF RIBBONS IN THE TRACK AND FIELD MEET YESTERDAY!! HE GOT 5TH PLACE IN THE 1 MILE :) HE WAS SOOO TIRED HE FELL ASLEEP EARLY LAST NIGHT!! HE ALSO GOT NEW EYE GLASSES THE OTHER DAY!!

Graduation Day

 My new Macbook pro. Yay for finally graduating! I am now done with my internship and with school. It feels so good to be done.Now, just need to find a job. I have a few leads, so wish me luck.

Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mommies out there! I was awakened this morning at 3 am by a screaming toddler with a fever. I can't tell if Logan is just teething or if it is an illness of some kind. He did just get his shots the other day( I just worry about everything at 3 am). As I stumbled into the kitchen for Tylenol and a thermometer I realized it was Mother's Day. I thought of my Mom and the many nights she was awakened by me crying and how many sicknesses she had to heal. Still to this day when I am sick I WANT MY MOMMY! I even wanted my Mommy when I hurt my ankle :)

I am very lucky to be a Mom to my 3 beautiful sons. My road in Motherhood has not been the easiest but at this point in our journey we are in a great place. My boys made me breakfast and I got a special coupon book from Max good for Hugs, dinners, cookies and all kinds of wonderful things! Zachary bought me a movie and Logan just gives good hugs even when he isn't feeling well. I will be having a Mimosa here in a little bit after I finish my coffee. Happy 1st Mother's Day to my sisters Tara and Brie, I hope you enjoy Motherhood as much as I do it is my favorite job in the world! Happy Mother's Day to my Mom and Lyn I hope you have a wonderful day today.

Injured :(

I have been running every morning yes I said RUNNING 2 miles then I walk 2 miles with my friends. Yesterday on my run Logan threw out a SHRIEK toy and I stepped right on it. I twisted my ankle scrapped my elbow and leg all up. OUCH not only was I so sad that ankle was in terrible pain but my running would have to be on hold for several weeks. Any suggestions on workouts that don't involve using my ankle :( Guess I will do Yoga and Pilate's ARGGH!
