i asked her what she wanted for her birthday dinner and she said her favorite meal is macaroni and cheese. we are topping it off with a coffee ice cream cake. add to that some homemade bread and nana should be a happy camper.

I know-I know Aunt Shawn! But I had to do something to take the place of one of our favorites! I could also try it with the fake ground beef!! I wish I could be there to celebrate her birthday-I love her so much!! I know you are going to take such wonderful care of her during this time!
